Tuition & Fees
We believe every family, regardless of their financial situation, should have the choice to send their children to a Catholic school that prepares them intellectually, morally, and spiritually for this life and the next.
Thanks to the generosity of our donors, we are able to offer a tuition rate significantly lower than the actual cost to educate each student.
Therefore, our tuition rate for the 2026 - 2027 school year is $10,125.
This tuition rate is one of the lowest among Catholic schools in the Twin Cities- about one-half to two-thirds of other Catholic alternatives.
Our annual enrollment/re-enrollment fee is $500. Though we strive to keep tuition affordable, in order to keep up with rising costs, families can expect a modest increase of about 5% in our tuition rate each year.
Additionally, since tuition does not cover the full cost of an education at Chesterton, families are expected to aid in fundraising and recruiting efforts throughout the school year.
Financial Aid
Each year, we distribute over one million dollars of automatic scholarship and financial aid to qualified families. To be qualified for aid, a family must complete a 3rd party assessment tool to determine appropriate need levels. In addition, a student’s grades, attendance, behavior as well as a parent’s ability to assist with fundraising or volunteer activities, impacts the amount of annual aid offered.
The student admissions process must be completed in full before being considered for financial assistance. Greater priority is given to families who complete this process prior to December 31st.
