Chesterton Academy to Celebrate New School Location in Edina

Ribbon Cutting Ceremony for Private Classical High School, Chesterton Academy, Set for September 4th

EDINA, Minnesota (August 27, 2012) Chesterton Academy, a private, independent high school, will celebrate its new school location in Edina with a ribbon cutting ceremony on the first day of school. The ceremony will take place at 9:15 am on Tuesday, September 4th at 5300 France Avenue South in Edina.

After four years in St. Louis Park, Chesterton Academy will launch its fifth year of operation at its new Edina location, inside Calvary Church. The centrally-located, spacious new school facility will enable the school's future growth as it continues to attract families from across the Twin Cities metro.

Chesterton Academy offers families a rigorous, college preparatory high school education at the lowest tuition of any private high school in the Twin Cities. Chesterton students start each day with Mass at Holy Family Church in St. Louis Park before traveling by bus to school. Chesterton Academy opened its doors in 2008 with 10 students; 84 students have enrolled in grades 9 through 12 for the upcoming academic year.
