Chesterton Academy marked its 2017-18 academic year with the opening of a second Twin Cities campus serving families in the east metro. The new campus is located at Church of the Blessed Sacrament in St. Paul. We opened the St. Paul campus with 19 high school students in grades 9 and 11. Our first Mass was celebrated by Fr. John Paul Erickson, pastor of Blessed Sacrament. Following Mass, Dale Ahlquist, co-founder of Chesterton Academy, and Fr. Erickson cut a ribbon stretched across the school hallway amidst joyful applause.

The ribbon cutting ceremony was followed by a wonderful reception with students, faculty, family, and parishioners from Blessed Sacrament.

Chesterton Academy welcomed a total of 189 students at the start of the 2017-18 academic year across our two campuses. Our students come from 142 families and represent 76 zip codes and 44 parishes. We look forward to a wonderful year ahead!
